CoastLine Electronics will rebuild your Bose Amp for $50 a board. There is a minimum charge of $10 a board. We have a 1 day turn around time on the amps. The amps will be returned to you via 2-3 day priority mail. Payment is due up front in the form of check or money order. If there are other problems encountered with the amp besides the normal rebuild, CoastLine will contact you before we repair the unit with an estimate of the repair bill. |

The Bose Repair Process |
CoastLine Electronics will test the Bose power amplifiers and determine what course of action to take in repairing the amp. If it is just a common rebuild, we will go ahead with the repair. We will replace the necessary components and test the unit. Coastline uses components with an .8% failure rate. This will prevent any further leakage problems. We test the unit by connecting the unit with a radio test gig and speaker assembly. After completing the check out, we will package the amps for delivery. |

The associates at CoastLine are qualified technichians. We currently have 3 associates providing service to our customers. Our associates have attended N.A.S.A. approved soldering schools, Philips, RCA, and Zenith repair qualification schools. One technichian has been in the electronic field for 20+ years and the other for 8+ years. We have a consultant also on our staff to take care of our behind the scene business. Our main goal is to provide quality service to our customers. |
Bose Problems |
We have encountered some problems with the amps. There are 2 IC chips on the board that are Bose only parts. We can not order them. This is happening in only 1 in 20 amps that we see. When I receive the amps, I will test it and if it is the IC, I will send it back to you with a $40 refund. |
